Process for Worker’s Compensation

- The patient can call to elect their physician of choice
- Patient can receive a referral from another physician
- Your attorney could refer the patient
- A Medical Nurse Case Manager can refer
- We complete any required state forms to ensure initial approval to treat is approved from the injured workers adjuster.
- The patient is scheduled for initial evaluation, seen, documents are then emails to patient’s adjuster requesting any additional approvals and completing any required documents for each visit.
- We communicate closely with the patient’s attorney (if they have one), the adjuster, and the medical case manager (if assigned one).
