Stay Pain Free This Carnival Season
The Carnival season is about to kick into high gear. Mardi Gras Day is on February 25th this year and major parades are about to start rolling. And that’s not all, there will be parties, balls and other gatherings as well. If you want to make it through the Carnival season pain free, you will have to pace yourself. When looking at your busy Carnival season schedule make sure to leave enough room for breaks. Maybe skip a couple of events to get enough sleep and give your body a chance to rest. Stay hydrated! Yes, there will be a lot of drinking throughout the Carnival season, so make sure you drink plenty of water. Alcohol actually dehydrates you, it causes your body to remove fluids from your blood. Wear comfortable shoes when heading out to the parade route and if you are going to balls this carnival season, just take a pair of flats with you. Wearing high heels over an extended period of time can cause back pain. If you stick to these rules you will enjoy the Carnival season!
